This is our second stay in a short time. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and our room was lovely once again. It was a holiday weekend so the hotel was super busy but the staff still made it seem effortless. Highly recommend

Nice pool and gym. Room was a nice size and clean. Bathroom was huge. It’s very convenient for eating and shopping if it’s your first time in Seoul.

Hotel staff were all amazing and so helpful. Located close to shops, airport bus & train station. Breakfast in club lounge had a nice variety to start the day. Room was a great size. The hotel was a lovely place to relax and recharge after a busy day of sightseeing, shopping and eating.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, amenities, friendly staff and comfort bedding. Get a club room, it’s convenient, relaxing, tasty and a bargain for what you get in return. I traveled alone and the first person I talked to in Korea was Lisa Lim “great experience supervisor” in the club. She made the trip more welcoming and memorable. I am looking forward to my next visit.
