Very polite staff. However, the Expedia users should be careful as the check in time on Expedia says 3pm, but staff said the Expedia discounted price check in time is 8pm. After checking the website, i noticed that that communication was sent just 3 or 4 days before our booking. Watch out for all communications! I ended up paying 1000yen per hour extra to move our check in time from 8pm to 3pm.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Family 5 w/ toddler stayed in family quadruple room & we all really enjoyed the bunk pods. Tons of food & shopping all around the hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next Osaka trip. Highly highly recommend for families looking for a fun place to stay.

Perfect location. Close to station and surrounding by tons of restaurants. Quite room. And offer free video games and boards . Kids have fun here

The best thing about this hotel is the location because it's right in the middle of everything. The room itself was functional but basic. We had the four bed bunk room and the beds were not very comfortable. Good for a short stay.

Clean and efficient for the nights stay. Had all the space we needed for family of four adults.

I will start by saying, the location of the hotel is amazing. You are less than a block away from being right in the heart of Osaka and everything is so close and very walkable. The hotel is quiet and the location couldn't be better but the rooms are very mediocre and left a lot to be desired. We booked a 4 bed accommodation and it was the first hotel in our 2 weeks of travel that didn't feel clean. The walls were dirty, their were hairs in the bathroom and around the beds and overall it was the only hotel we encountered that wasn't exceptionally clean. You could see the grime build up in the rooms and it was disappointing. The beds were the least comfortable out of all 4 stays - They are very thin and lacking, even compared to other similar style of beds. We survived 2 nights in this hotel but it would be the only one we wouldn't come back to. The rooms need some serious cleaning and the beds need an upgrade.

This hotel is not as shown in the photos. The room was not clean, the beds were very uncomfortable, and we could not stay the night. We left immediately for another hotel, but no refund was given. Not recommended for families. Very disappointing experience.

The staff were wonderfully accommodating and kind.
