Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo - Otemachi

Clean room. Basic amenities. Good fridge—cooled beverages and food well, unlike some other hotels. A/C cooled room well. No microwave. No laundry. Bidet was basic. Smaller room than most for two beds, two people. No iron. No washer/dryer. Customer service ok. Didn’t go above and beyond. Picked up our own luggage and anything delivered to us. Great that we can store luggage checkout day so we could still see sights before our flight in the early evening when checkout was at 11am. Elevator was cramped. One was being renovated but functional. Noisy the floor above us even during the night. I guess thin ceilings and walls. Breakfast was ok—great choices but food that was suppose to be hot was cold. Juice was watered down. Coffee way too strong. Not enough tables for all the guests to eat breakfast, but wait was minimal; 10-15 minutes. Overall, room clean with no ants, roaches, or rats, being the hotel rooms exited to the outdoor elements. Overall, felt safe though still took precaution as hotel rooms close to outside staircase which enters the hallways to the hotel rooms.

This place is close to the stations and restaurants. Quiet area, busy during the day but not crazy. Convenient stores close by. Helpful staff.

Staff was helpful and nice. Everything was clean as it normally is in Japan. Air conditioning worked fine. A bit tight on size but that's pretty normal in downtown Tokyo especially. Unfortunately no smoking area there but not a big deal to find an area outside.

close to the metro. Business area. Quiet. Good value for the money. The room was of ample size. 7-11 right next door!

The room is a bit small.

Staff were great and accommodating. The hotel allows to let baggage/luggage in before check in time and then after checking in they have already brought our stuff inside our clean rooms.

Good location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, train/metro stations, etc. Clean room. Staff was friendly. Arrived early, before check-in time so they held our luggage while we walked around. Upon returning, our bags were already placed in our room which was nice. Appreciated the mini fridge to keep drinks cold.

Really great place for our 1-night stay. Hotel was clean — even gave out free toothbrushes, razors, pyjamas, etc., for guests to use, which was helpful. Incredibly nice location in a financial / business district. Streets were pristine and calm, locals were dressed very nicely. We walked around the surrounding area which looked straight out of a movie. Not sure how close this is to any major attractions (as we left for another city the next morning) but would definitely recommend this place!

Clean room, comfortable, great staff, convenient location
