The staff are very friendly and helpful in both properties. Everyone went out of their way to make children feel welcomed and taken care of. Cleaning staff were very good and front desk team extra helpful. Concierge really working hard to support guests with luggage, taxis and ideas.

This hotel is fantastic. We were there in recent troubles and they were brilliant with everyone. So helpful, accommodating and just wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous with everything you need. The housekeeping is very efficient. The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff fabulous. They couldn’t have been better.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Double Tree on Yas Island. The kitchen is well-equipped, room was spotless, and the distance to parks was perfect. The WB and Waterworld were walkable and other parks were a short taxi ride. There is a shuttle from the hotel but we didn’t use it. Staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again.
