The hotel photos look amazing but they in person it's pretty run down and dirty. Bed was clean but ripped cushion, dirty windows, mildew in bathrooms and prior guest item (hair clip) left in bathroom. Right in from of beach and marketplace which was convenient.

Pros: great location as it’s near the beach. You’re right next to everything so location is the best thing. Cons: the hotel and room is bare minimal. Other than your bed, there is only a table and four chairs for furniture. No safe. That’s it. Small night stand near your bed. Basic stuff. The worst part was the bathroom. Your shower is the bathroom too so when you take a shower, water is everywhere. Reminds me of camping. We had to use extra towels to stand on when changing clothes. Also no stand or table To place stuff in the bathroom. I get it, you’re getting a room based on location but wow such bare minimum as it feels you’re staying in a hostel. Even the front desk area is bare minimum. We paid decent money too and I believe other hotels near by has more. So if you want location, this is it a good spot. If you need hotel comfort, look around.

The Hotel was a bit on the older side but it had an amazing view

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Wonderful view of the beach and sea right in front of our window. The rooms were lovely and clean. Amenities perfect. Beds were comfortable. The AC was perfect the first night but then the 2nd night it wasnt working so it was a very uncomfortable night. There was a drainage problem in the bathroom sink and shower. It smelt of damp and gutter. Other than those issues, it was a wonderful 2 night stay. Perfectly placed for all entertainment and beach relaxation.

For the view alone it was worth it! We booked the deluxe bathroom suite, it was nice and spacious with a great view of haeundae beach and the surrounding coast. However, the room lacked the finishing touches. Bath robes, extra pillows (only provided with 1 each), floor mats for the bathroom, hooks for jackets in the room etc. The desk/dressing table was very small despite there be ample space in the room and only one seat. Whilst there is a sofa next to the bed, due to the size of the room, we felt that a small coffee table and chairs should have also been provided. Finishing on a positive, laundry was free, staff very helpful and the hotel was in a great location!

The room was clean, with plenty of restaurants around.

rooms were dingy and dirty. the carpets were peeling up, Windows were dirty, but that isn’t the worst of it all. the worst was how hot the room got. Mind you the room does not have a heat function and we had the max a/c on and had window open to circulate air. This is December i could only imagine during the summer in peak season. Horrible experience and i would not come back again. I would say the best thing was that there is a good view but so does every hotel in haeundae.
