This is our first time to explore Fukuoka and we have an amazing experience visiting Mount Aso, Kusasenri and the gorgeous Takachiho Gorge. We also like to thank our very experienced tour guide , Ada Wong for being so helpful and professional throughout the whole day tour. Tour guide Ms. Kong was humorous, engaging, and very knowledgeable about local customs and traditions. The driver was extremely polite and friendly, and greeted every passenger each time we got off the bus! Everything has returned to normal following the Kumamoto earthquakes! Sightseeing and tourism are completely fine, there aren't many tourists, and the attractions are very pleasant to walk around. Joining a day tour when traveling independently allows you to visit many places that are inconvenient to reach by public transportation! The itinerary was Aso Kusasenri -> Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine -> Takachiho Torokko Train -> Takachiho Gorge stroll. The Takachiho Torokko Train requires an additional payment of 2,300 yen per person! The weather was still quite hot in late October, so everything was lush and green, but the local scenery was great to see! Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine was my absolute favorite—it has such an amazing atmosphere!

কুমamoto স্টেশন শিনকানসেন ওয়েস্ট এক্সিটে আগেভাগে পৌঁছে একত্রিত হবেন, ট্যুর গাইড সান পেং এসে সবাইকে ডাকবেন। আমাদের সাথে ব্যাগপত্র ছিল এবং কুরোকাওয়াতে ট্যুর গ্রুপ থেকে আলাদা হয়ে ঘুরে দেখার কথা ছিল, তাই গাইড স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে আমাদের জিজ্ঞেস করলেন যে হোটেলের সাথে পিক-আপ এবং ড্রপ-অফের যোগাযোগ করা হয়েছে কি না। আমরা নিজেরাও যোগাযোগ করতে পারতাম, কিন্তু গাইড নিজে থেকেই আমাদের যোগাযোগ করতে সাহায্য করেছিলেন। কারণ কুরোকাওয়াতে বেশ কয়েকটি পার্কিং লট রয়েছে, তাই পর্যটক হিসেবে হয়তো হোটেলের সাথে পিক-আপ পয়েন্ট নিয়ে পরিষ্কারভাবে কথা বলা যেত না, গাইডের এই মনোযোগ দেওয়ার বিষয়টি সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়! সেদিন আবহাওয়া খুব ভালো ছিল, প্রতিটি দর্শনীয় স্থান ছবি তোলার জন্য দারুণ ছিল, পর্যটক হিসেবে অভিজ্ঞতা খুবই চমৎকার ছিল। গাইড সান পর্যটকদের ছবি তুলেও দিয়েছেন, পুরো পথজুড়ে হাস্যরসাত্মক ও প্রাণবন্তভাবে বর্ণনা দিয়েছেন, অত্যন্ত যত্ন নিয়েছেন এবং দর্শনীয় স্থানে যে বিষয়গুলো খেয়াল রাখা দরকার তা আগেই সতর্ক করে দিয়েছেন। এই যাত্রাটি একদিনের ট্যুরের জন্য একটি চমৎকার পছন্দ, নিজে পরিকল্পনা করে ঘোরার চেয়ে অনেক বেশি সুবিধাজনক, অত্যন্ত সুপারিশ করছি।

It was a wonderful schedule, but the weather~ ㅠㅠ It rained a lot. Still, it was okay to enjoy the scenery. It's a shame that the fog was so dense we couldn't see the grasslands of Kusasenri or the smoke from the Aso crater at all. The stairway leading up to Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine had a mystical atmosphere, and the scenery seen from the Amaterasu mini-train while wearing raincoats in the rain was nice, but... considering the high price, it was just so-so~~ Finally, Takachiho Gorge was truly wonderful. The scenery is breathtaking enough to make you exclaim. The forest path beside the gorge was great, and the espresso coffee at the cafe at the end of the path was also lovely. Our lovely Chinese guide explained things very diligently.. but since I couldn't understand Chinese, I managed to get the gist of it through Google simultaneous interpretation. She told us the meeting places and times in English and Chinese. It would have been nice if she spoke a little Korean, too. Still, thank you for guiding us so diligently~ I highly recommend the tour. (It would be even better to skip the train and give us more time at the shrine.)

A perfect nature tour of Kyushu, thanks to our guide, Nanami! I just finished my trip to Kumamoto and Miyazaki and couldn't wait to write this glowing review. The itinerary for this tour group was exceptionally well-designed, perfectly blending natural wonders with cultural experiences. In Aso, we witnessed one of the world's largest active volcanoes, an unforgettable experience of the Earth's pulse. We strolled across the vast grasslands of Kusasenri, feeling a unique sense of openness and tranquility. The boat ride through Takachiho Gorge was the highlight of the entire trip, making us feel as if we had stepped into a mythical world. The 'soul' of all these wonderful experiences was undoubtedly our guide, Nanami. She is incredibly professional and passionate: 1. Knowledgeable: She knows Kyushu's history, culture, geological formations, and local specialties like the back of her hand. Her explanations were vivid and engaging, allowing us not just to see the scenery but to understand the stories behind it. 2. Bilingual Communication: Our group had many international friends, and she served everyone throughout the trip with fluent Chinese and English, ensuring seamless communication and taking care of every member. It was very thoughtful. 3. Warm and Attentive: She always had a radiant smile, carefully looked after the elderly and children in the group, and helped everyone solve various problems, just like a reliable older sister. Thanks to Nanami, this journey was filled with warmth and cherished memories. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kyushu! I hope to meet her again on my next trip.

I did the tour to see Takachiho Gorge and Aso Kusasenri, and I had a fantastic time. The tour was incredibly well-organized. Our guide, Sun, was knowledgeable and professional; he gave us great context about the area and guided us exceptionally well throughout the day. The gorge was beautiful, and the boat experience was so much fun. I also added the lunch package at the last minute and was really glad I did, because the food was delicious. We even got to see horses at Kusasenri, which was very cool. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!

The guide could only speak Japanese and English, but we were able to talk to be each other via translation apps. He also had updates and messages for the English speakers ready in every stop (for timeline, return times per location, and info). we rode a bus, and it was comfy. each location was really nice! although we couldn't really stay too long, which is too bad, but understandable since it's so far away. I was still so happy to be able to visit all these places, and I knew being able to go here on my own (without the tour) would've been very diffifuclt if 8 didn't have a car). All of the places we went to were great, and also wanted to note we had bathroom breaks both going to and from the locations.

This experience was wonderful, we were able to catch dolphins diving and the captain of the boat would drive around until we’d find dolphins. Great for wildlife photography and a new experience!

আমি কুমামোটো ক্যাসলে দ্বিতীয়বার গিয়েছিলাম! জাপানের তিনটি বিখ্যাত দুর্গের মধ্যে এটি সত্যিই বিশাল এবং দর্শনীয়! কয়েক বছর আগে কুমামোটোতে একটি বড় ভূমিকম্পের কারণে দুর্গের কিছু অংশ ধ্বংস হয়ে গিয়েছিল এবং এখনও পুনরুদ্ধারের কাজ চলছে, তবে একজন পর্যটক হিসেবে কুমামোটো ক্যাসেল ঘুরে দেখতে আমার কোনো সমস্যা হয়নি! আর আমি ক্লুক থেকে আগে থেকেই প্রবেশপত্র কেনার পরামর্শ দেব! কারণ প্রবেশপথে টিকিট কেনার লাইন এবং আগে থেকে টিকিট কেনা লাইন আলাদা থাকে। কর্মীদের কিউআর কোড দেখালেই সরাসরি প্রবেশ করা যায়, তাই অপেক্ষার সময় কিছুটা হলেও কমানো যায়, যা একটি বড় সুবিধা!
