ভিয়েতনামে এসে কর্মশালায় অংশ নেওয়াটা খুব ভালো লেগেছে। এর মাধ্যমে ভিয়েতনামের খাবার সম্পর্কে আরও ভালোভাবে জানতে এবং সেগুলো তৈরির পদ্ধতি শিখতে পেরেছি। প্রশিক্ষক টমের সাথে এগ কফি তৈরি করাটা খুব সহজ ছিল এবং ধাপগুলোও বেশ স্পষ্ট ছিল। তৈরির প্রক্রিয়াটি কিছুটা মুখস্থ করে রাখা যেতে পারে, কারণ ক্লাসের পরে দেওয়া রেসিপি পিডিএফ-এর সংখ্যার সাথে সামান্য পার্থক্য ছিল। এগ কফির ইতিহাস সম্পর্কেও পরিষ্কারভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছিল, যা একটি বেশ গভীর এবং স্বচ্ছন্দ কার্যকলাপ ছিল। পুরোটা প্রায় ১ ঘণ্টা লেগেছিল এবং শেষে একটি সার্টিফিকেটও দেওয়া হয়েছিল, যা দেখে মনে হয়েছে শিক্ষার্থীরা এটি বেশ পছন্দ করেছে। এছাড়াও, শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য কফি বিনের প্রচারমূলক কম্বো ছিল, যা তারা চাইলে কিনতে পারতো, এবং একটি কফি ডিসকাউন্ট ভাউচারও দেওয়া হয়েছিল। আমার পরামর্শ হলো, শেষ করার পর একটি ভিন্ন কফি অর্ডার করা। আমি এই অভিজ্ঞতাকে খুব উচ্চ রেটিং দিচ্ছি।

সত্যিই খুব মজার ছিল! আমি সবাইকে এটি উপভোগ করার জন্য অত্যন্ত সুপারিশ করছি! হ্যানয় ভ্রমণের সময় ডিম কফি পান করার পর থেকে আমি এটি ভুলতে পারিনি। এই অভিজ্ঞতায়, ট্রুক (Truc) ভিয়েতনামের কফি সংস্কৃতির ইতিহাস এবং ডিম কফির উৎপত্তি সম্পর্কে খুব সুন্দরভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করেছেন। তাদের রেসিপির মাধ্যমে, প্রত্যেকে সহজেই সুস্বাদু ডিম কফি তৈরি করতে পেরেছে। আরও আশ্চর্যজনক বিষয় হলো, কার্যক্রমের শেষে প্রত্যেকে একটি করে সার্টিফিকেটও পেয়েছে! এটি সত্যিই খুব আন্তরিক ছিল! যদি আমি পরের বার হো চি মিন সিটিতে আসি, আমি অবশ্যই আবার ফিরে আসব 🫶

এটি একটি ১ ঘণ্টার এগ কফি তৈরির কর্মশালা। আপনি যদি কফি ভালোবাসেন এবং এগ কফি কীভাবে তৈরি করতে হয় তা বুঝতে বা এর কদর করতে চান, তাহলে এটি করার মতো। আপনার হাতে সময় থাকলে এটি সুপারিশ করা হচ্ছে।

the place was on the second floor of a shop house along the street. you’ll be greeted by a nice and clean space upon arriving with friendly staff. Siu was our coffee guide who spoke very fluent English, very hospitable. I liked how clean and tidy everything was laid out on the table for us, with quality equipment we used for our egg coffee making experience. PowerPoint slides and video were used. cert and Polaroids photo were given. really appreciated the coffee making at lacaph w siu

Interesting session as we got to learn more about the history of the egg coffee and how to make it, as well as the way to appreciate the taste. Instructor was friendly and we also got a cute cert at the end of it. Good way to spend some time when visiting HCM!

I was surprised to find out I was the only one in the workshop (no minimum pax), and was glad to sign up for this workshop to learn more about the history of egg coffee and how to make it! My instructor Ngoc was patient to show me how to make the egg coffee and guided me through the steps. The egg coffee was nice! They even provided 40,000 VND voucher to offset your purchase at the bar, and provided Polaroid with certificate at the end of the class. Overall an enjoyable experience! Just didn’t like the part after the class when they seemed to want me to purchase something before leaving.

Joey and Hieu were amazing guides during our Egg Coffee experience! During our time together, they showed us how to make the perfect egg coffee, guided us during the process, and gave us the cutest certificate of completion with a polaroid of us and the coffee we had just made. During the experience, you’ll also get some delicious chocolate coated cashews and you will watch a short documentary about the origin of egg coffee. Highly recommended experience if you sre a coffee lover!

a great experience with Joey as our instructor to teach us how to make authentic Vietnamese egg coffee and teach us about the Vietnamese coffee culture and history. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
