I arranged the pick up at Delhi International Airport and driver was on time at 7am. Ride was a 14 hours journey with several breaks in between and there was a change in driver at Chandigarh before going up the mountains. The change was good to prevent exhaustion. We reached our hotel safely and i would say it is a pleasant experience.

The journey was smooth and punctual, with appropriate breaks, and the driver's behavior was good……..

We requested for pick up to be 11am but driver came to the hotel at 9:30am and called me several times rushing me to come down. Driver speak minimal English as well. Halfway during the journey, driver asked for payment and requested us to download an app in the QR code in the photo. We told him that we booked and paid through Klook platform. He checked with his company and said that Klook has not make any payment to the company for this trip. I told the driver that this is between your company and Klook issue. But the driver said no, stopped the car by the road and refused to continue driving, insisting on payment. I tried contacting Klook through the app customer support and while waiting for my turn, the driver said that the company had received payment and everything is ok and continue the journey. During the trip, the driver made many stops to repair/change his car tyre and we waited for him. The entire trip took 10 hours when it could have been within 8 hours or so. Not recommended.
