একটি চমৎকার ভ্রমণ! আমাদের ড্রাইভার জন আমাদের স্বাগত জানিয়েছিলেন। তিনি অসাধারণ এবং মজার মানুষ। বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ এবং সর্বদা হাসিখুশি। তিনি পুরো বাসের যাত্রীদের ভ্রমণটি উপভোগ করতে সাহায্য করেছেন। পিক আপের সময়টা একটু আগে ছিল, তবে এটা সার্থক ছিল। মসৃণ যাত্রা ছিল। আমরা সত্যিই এই ভ্রমণটি উপভোগ করেছি। শুধু মনে রাখবেন এবং আপনার ড্রাইভারের দেওয়া সময় মেনে চলুন। দুজন মেয়ে স্কি করার পর বাসে আধা ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হয়েছিল। বাসের প্রতিটি সদস্য যদি তাদের সময় ভালোভাবে পরিকল্পনা করে, তাহলে ভালো হবে। সব মিলিয়ে, জন সবকিছু আরও ভালো করে তুলেছিলেন!! ধন্যবাদ জন!!

I had the pleasure of taking a trip to Mt. Buller yesterday with an exceptional tour guide and driver, John from Sightseeing Australia Tours. His expertise and knowledge of the area were impressive, and his ability to make everyone feel at ease was truly remarkable. One of the highlights of the trip was John's incredible music playlist, which had us all singing along and in high spirits throughout the journey. this was my first time experiencing snow, and it was truly unforgettable! On June 17th, 2025, we visited Mt Buller, where it snowed and rained heavily, making for a magical atmosphere. Our guide provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which made everything so much more enjoyable. My wife and I had a fantastic time together. A tip for future visitors: make sure to rent snow boots, and bring high-quality gloves and a warm winter hat—don’t underestimate how cold it can get!

everything was good. From the driver/tour guide to mount buller itself. Andrew was very helpful with the details and everything. It’s our first time to go up there and will definitely book again with klook. ❤️

Our family joined the Mount Buller day tour with Jon, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The itinerary was well organised, covering Alzburg Resort Mansfield, Yea, Mount Buller Ski Resort, Village Square, and Spurs Mount Buller. As first-time visitors to the snow, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Jon kept the tour running on schedule and shared useful information throughout the journey. A helpful tip for future travellers is that if you already own proper winter clothing, especially gloves, you may not need to rent them. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that the gloves provided are yours to keep. One small suggestion is that, during busier moments, a slightly more relaxed approach when interacting with guests would make the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jon, for giving us a memorable first visit to Mount Buller and a day our family will always remember.
