I know it a giid thing to have this package upon arriving in Hongkong. Unfortunately I was not able to claimthis at the airport because i did not know I have to claim it at the airport. After 2 days I read the instruction and I had understood what to do so I booked the free sim included in the package but it was said that I have to claim it a the airport but from my perspective it would be stressful if I have to go back to the airport since I am already a few miles away from the airport and I am not yet familiar in how to go back there alone without my friends with me. Just to remind everyone that this SIM card I got from Klook wasn’t available until 8 AM, but I arrived at 1 AM and had to catch the first bus at 5 AM. So I couldn’t pick up this physical SIM. Therefore, I opted for eSIM. The eSIM I ordered from Klook was super easy to set up and had a strong signal, even on the bus. Totally recommend it!
