Easy to claim. You just need to present the passport to the staff and they will activate the sim card and you can use it immediately. The signal strength is good even in Macau. You just need to activate the roaming mode so you could use it Macau and in the mainland. Thank you!

Made my HK and Macau trip easy. You can easily find the kiosk at the arrival hall and the staffs are really helpful. I stayed in HKG for 3 days, and in Macau for 1 day, and no issues with data connection at all! So easy to set up roaming as well. I highly recommend this SIM for those who are visiting hongkong and macau with phones that don't have the eSim capability. :)

Bought the sim card considering that one of my friend's phone is not compatible with e-sim. Anyway, this one is easy to use as well. You just have to follow the steps provided in the kiosk. FYI, the sim should be activated within 1hr after you get it from A13 Kiosk.

CMHK (China Mobile Hong Kong) SIM cards are a popular choice for travelers in Hong Kong and mainland China, offering good coverage and the ability to access social media and search sites like Google and YouTube in China without needing a VPN. Reviews highlight their convenience and ease of use, with many users reporting fast internet speeds and reliable connections

read many reviews which said the data got over very quickly in macau which has 500mb only. we were there 3 nights 4 days in hongkong and 5gb was sufficient as we had wifi at hotel room and used internet only for routes and not for browsing social media. in macau it worked fine as we only used it for navigation. other than that everywhere they have wifi. happy with this sim purchase. would recommend it.

Servizio ottimo. Facile da trovare in aeroporto. Copertura eccellente anche a Macao con il roaming e in Cina durante lo scalo aereo. Mi ha permesso addirittura di usare le app che solitamente sono bloccate in Cina. Super consigliato.

The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. All Items are well packaged and complete. I highly recommend shopping here.
