Had an amazing tour with Harley. We went to Train Street and then to the Incense village. Even along the way we saw so many sites. Harley being born and brought up in Hanoi is very knowledgable, and provided us with so much info about Vietnam along the way. surely recommend him and Klook

আমাদের ভ্রমণটি দারুণ ছিল! আমাদের একটি ব্যক্তিগত ভ্রমণে আপগ্রেড করা হয়েছিল এবং আমাদের ট্যুর গাইড কেন খুব মানিয়ে চলার মতো ছিলেন। আমরা যেখানে যেখানে গিয়েছিলাম, তিনি বিভিন্ন জায়গার ইতিহাস খুব ভালোভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করেছেন এবং অনেক সুন্দর ছবি তুলেছেন! তিনি খুব জ্ঞানী এবং আমাদের সমস্ত প্রয়োজনে সহায়তা করেছেন। আমি যখন আবার ভিয়েতনামে ফিরে আসব, তখন তিনি আমার তালিকায় একজন অতিরিক্ত বন্ধু হিসেবে থাকবেন! কেন এবং অপারেটরকে ধন্যবাদ, পরের বার দেখা হবে!

Everything was exceptional, from the transportation, very spacious and good driver. We have an anazing tour guide Walter who can communicate very well in english and vey patient in assisting us with our needs. I highly recommend this tour to anyone.

it was interesting to know the traditional process of incense-making in Hanoi. Our guide, April was well informed about the traditions and culture about incense. The finished products are colorful and they are blooms. For the train station visit, it's a unique experience. an ordinary railway become a tourist attraction. Tourists are eagerly waiting for the arrival of the train beside the railway. The place is also surrounded with lots of souvenir shops and coffee shops.

interesting experience and first time seeing how the incense is made. it’s creative that they arranged it in bouquets and the place is nice for pictures. great to also catch the train at the train street.

Great experience. Perfect tour when you only have a few hours to spare. Worth every cent! Our tour guide, Harley, was amazing. He’s very friendly and learned a lot from him. Both places are very picturesque. Great for the gram! The father of the owner of the incense park was amazing as well. He became my official posing coach and photographer. Photos turned out well. Will definitely recommend this to everybody.

It is our second time booking this tour and was still very much entertained and informed because of our tour guide Thomas. He helped us pose and take beautiful photos throughout the day and was very accomodating to our requests. He also gave us a souvenir! We really enjoyed the tour. :)

Incense village was nice for those who loves taking beautiful photos, and the train street was interesting, having a coffee right next to the track with the train passing by! it was raining on the day with bad traffic, so I had to go to the old town myself instead of getting picked up at the hotel, other than that, all was great and the tour guide was also very professional.

this tour is really amazing! the rain did not stop us in pushing through with the tour. Our tour guide, Zack, is such a nice guy, very accomodating, responsive, easy going and knows where the good food at and they took us there too! thank you for the great experience ;)
