the place is well run and maintained. 2 hour session and much cheaper than going Kallang. do give it a visit when u have the chance. the Klook experience is seamless. highly recommended for kids and adults.

had a blast, staff gave well fitting skates, we had a cute seal 🦭 skating-aid which my lover could also sit on if she's tired and I can skate-push her, lots of kids going round at 10-12pm session so have to b careful, some pros practicing their twirls too. overall facilities are great, got lockers to keep your things (FOC), ice is v smooth with some minor bumps here and there, music is not too loud but maybe can improve on the playlist? staff v friendly and helpful, coaches also nice and keeping an eye out. overall a pleasant and fun experience!

A fun and new experience. The ticket price is also affordable and will be more faster. I also instantly got the ticket through email.If you want to save more money, bring your own socks and gloves. The glove price is RM7 so better but it at other stores. So far I’m very satisfied.

bascially the ice skating is a very customer service oriented place we brought our 6yr old boy there and he really enjoy alot.. the skating ring staff are constanting helping people who does not skating well

Not a bad experience if you have no other family plans in JB, especially if you are heading to Paradigm Mall. Counter only has 1 open and it took awhile for them to clear the queue. Do arrive 15-20 mins earlier is ideal. Will consider again in future.

use it during weekday, not very crowded, having fun there, great value

Both children and adults enjoy the session of ice skating so much. It's a great and fantastic experience for everyone. The redemption of online booking through Klook was superb and easy. Recommended to book through Klook if you are planning to visit here :)

Booked via klook but realised that u cannot directly enter with klook voucher. still need to go thru counter to exchange for the entrance tickets, which is bummer cuz we arrived with long queue, strangely for a weekday morning. nonetheless, it was still a fun experience. the skates were a little old which hurt my feet but other than that my children enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

A good place to hangout with family! i t was great deals ive ever had rather than walk in to purchase the ticket!!! So worth your money to come here. will definetly coming back here with my wholw family xoxox
