রিকার্ডো অসাধারণ ছিলেন, স্প্যানিশ এবং ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষাতেই খুব ভালোভাবে কথা বলছিলেন (আমাদের একটি মিশ্র দল ছিল), তবে এটি মজাদার ছিল কারণ তিনি সবার সাথে বরফ গলাতে সাহায্য করেছিলেন! ড্রাইভটি চমৎকার ছিল, চলমান ধারাভাষ্য সহ, এবং এমনকি আমাদের যোগাযোগের নম্বরগুলিও সংগ্রহ করেছিলেন যদি আমাদের সাহায্যের প্রয়োজন হয় বা আমরা হারিয়ে যাই।

সোরেন্টো এবং আমালফি উপকূলে একটি মজাদার ভ্রমণ অভিজ্ঞতা। যদিও সেই সময় বৃষ্টি হয়েছিল, তবুও ইতালির উপকূলীয় দিক উপভোগ করতে এটি কোনো বাধা ছিল না। আমাদের ট্যুর গাইড খুব ভালো এবং তিনি খুব বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ। আমি নিশ্চিতভাবে আবার ফিরে আসব।

We were slightly late but our driver was very kind to wait for us. The entire trip was smooth sailing and the view was SUPER WORTH IT!! We were blessed with perfect weather for this amazing view.

The tour guide is friendly and the tour is flexible. He also arranges lunch for all of us. The food is fair but the view is beautiful

和朋友前后一起预定了凑团18人游，结果朋友付款后突然被取消订单（显示席位已满）无奈我只能一人参加这个团，早上9点在那不勒斯中央火车站集合，到了发现是一个9人的专车，而不是18人，不是那种大巴，是小轿车所以舒适度还是不错的。但其实没有导游，就是一个司机开车带我们到一路前往：索伦托、波西塔诺、阿玛尔菲、拉韦洛。每个地方停留约1小时，1小时内自由玩耍，时间到自己回到集合点。总的来说，这更像是和别人一起租车游玩了一圈，而不是导游带团游玩，不会有景点介绍的。司机态度不错，友好。

Really enjoyed the 4 destinations but out of an 8 hour tour 4.5 hours were spent in the vehicle with an average of just 50 minutes in each place. Driver was a nice chap but not a tour guide so this was nothing more than a glorified transfer.

It was a nice and convenient tour. The driver was polite, kind, and friendly, and shared interesting facts about the places we visited. The car was a little warm though, and outside actually felt cooler. We visited Positano, Sorrento, Amalfi, and Ravello, with about 50 minutes to 1 hour at each stop. Since these places have lots of stairs and plenty to explore, 1 hour may not be enough if you want to fully enjoy each location. We had one small issue at the start. We arrived 20 minutes before 9 AM, and the instructions said to look for someone holding or wearing a Project Napoli sign. Instead, the driver had a sheet of paper with our name handwritten on it, and we could not read it from where we were standing. Since the hotel is a common meeting point, there were many people, so we ended up waiting for each other. A clearer sign would have saved time and avoided looks from other people on the tour. Overall, it was still an enjoyable experience.
