The staff were friendly and the place was clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth including in your Melaka itinerary, especially if it’s your first time visiting. I’d recommend going in the late afternoon for the best views!

Though it's only 7 minutes for the whole process, it's quite an enjoying experience. I went on a school holiday weekday at 10pm and the crowd was quite ok, we just queued for about 10minutes. The ticket comes with a free bottle of drinking water.

It was a short but fun activity to do in Melaka. I've thought of doing it to see the sunset but after reading through some reviews, I've decided to follow what most people have suggested. Night time was the best time to see the 360 view of Melaka.

I did the booking online 30 minutes before they opened. The confirmation was received right away. However, due to the thunderstorm, we had to wait for 3 hours before they allowed guests in. Super enjoyed my experience going up the tower though. Too bad it was more or less 10 minutes only.

It's a nice experience for first-timer. I think they have schedule each climb or going up. I felt like I owned the entire ride since I'm the only one customer; two crews with me.

To have a birds eye view of Malacca this place is must . beautiful 360sight from above .I recommend to just 5 mins before sunset or just after sunset to see lighting of Malacca
