A must-visit, emotional provoking experience going into detail the events that led to 9/11 and the aftermath. I really respect the amount of effort gone into maintaining the objects that were left after the event giving everyone else the opportunity to deeply understand the reality of what actually transpired on the day.

purchase was easy and straight forward via klook. digital voucher was received shortly after, and just go straight to the venue and get it scanned for entry. there are also guided and audio tours availabke on site for additional costs. recommend to go early morning before the crowds descends on it later. museum is very well done up and moving, and there’s also volunteers there who survived the event sharing their stories.

I still remember watching on television when the tragedy happened. This museum displays remnants and memories of it. It’s a very powerful and emotional experience, a must go if you are visiting New York.

It's really emotional when you entered the memorial and museum. You'll feel the tension of what happened 25 years ago. It's a great visit and really a must when you visit New York City.

Very good museum. this is talking about 911 happened in 2001 and two building collapse. if you do not know about this incident, it worth some time to visit.

Visiting the 9/11 Memorial was an emotional experience. The reflecting pools and the names etched around them are powerful reminders of the lives we lost that day. It’s a peaceful space that encourages reflection and gratitude.

The timed entry tickets were enforced by the staff at the entrance but they still allowed me to enter at 2.10pm even though my tickets were for 2.30pm, they did turn away others with later entry times though. As with many US attractions, there are security screenings that involve metal detectors at the entrance. The museum exhibits really drum up emotions especially the ones that allow you to listen to recordings of people on the flights calling their loved ones or reporting the incidents. Tissue boxes are placed strategically around the exhibits if you need them. Take note that there are some sections where photography and videography aren't allowed.
