আমাদের স্নোই ল্যান্ড ভিভাল্ডি পার্ক ভ্রমণটি ছিল অসাধারণ! শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত সবকিছু সুসংগঠিত, মসৃণ এবং আনন্দদায়ক ছিল। আমাদের ট্যুর গাইড, ব্র্যান্ডেন, অত্যন্ত পরিশ্রমী, পেশাদার এবং দলের সবার প্রতি মনোযোগী ছিলেন। তিনি স্পষ্ট নির্দেশনা দিয়েছেন, ধৈর্য ধরে আমাদের সাহায্য করেছেন এবং তুষারময় আবহাওয়ায় আমরা যেন নিরাপদ ও স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যে থাকি তা নিশ্চিত করেছেন। তাঁর কারণে আমাদের শীতকালীন অভিযানটি মজাদার এবং সম্পূর্ণ চাপমুক্ত ছিল। আমাদের স্নোই ল্যান্ড অভিজ্ঞতাকে সত্যিই স্মরণীয় করে তোলার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। অত্যন্ত সুপারিশযোগ্য!

ดีมากๆค่ะไกด์หล่อมากบริการดี มีอาหารให้ซื้อกินแต่ที่เราไปคนเยอะหน่อยเพราะว่ามันเป็นช่วงซัมเมอร์ของเด็กเด็กคนจะเยอะหน่อยแต่ก็สนุกดีค่ะแนะนำเป็นทัวร์นี้เลยเพราะว่าไกด์ดีมากๆไกด์โรเบิร์ตคือแนะนำดีพูดดีบริการดีใจดีด้วยแถมหล่อมากๆ

It was a fun and smooth experience. Everything happened as scheduled and having the bus transfer made it super convenient. Our guide, Min, was kind and patient. We did the ski lesson with him and he was very patient with all of us who were learning to ski for the first time. This is my third time with this tour company (I did their Nami Island tour twice) and so far my experience has been consistently good. TIP: Bring cash to Vivaldi for the locker rental for your shoes. It’s only 1,000 won. We only brought our cards because we don’t carry cash in our wallets but the other guide thankfully had extra cash so we were able to borrow from him, and we returned it after coming back on the bus. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the choice in the ski gear rental shop. The one we went to only had ski clothes that seemed really worn and old. It did not seem like they washed them well after every customer’s use so I hope the tour company considers switching partners.

We had a great experience visiting Vivaldi and Nami Island with Philip as our tour guide. He was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-organized, and everything went smoothly. Philip made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Highly recommended⭐️

5 stars for this tour! Eobi valley has a spectacular view. The snow and ice look much more beautiful than you would see in Seoul. You can take some good pictures in front of the ice wall! Skiing at Vivaldi was really fun, and Vivaldi park has a lot of facilities to enjoy and rest other than ski/sled! Our tour guide spoke fluent English and Mandarin so you don’t need to worry about the language. I strongly recommend this tour if you want to experience a great winter view and ski/sled in Korea. Book a ski/sled included package will be a perfect choice for this tour!

Great ice valley and skiing trip with awesome tour guide and ski & snowboard instructors. Convenient pick-up points and transportation. Will definitely choose again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

I booked my trip to Vivaldi Ski Park through Klook about a month in advance. My husband and I chose to visit Eobi Valley and go skiing. For convenience, we selected the pickup point near our hotel, which was at Namsan Yejang Public Parking Lot. Our tour guide, Miss Lily, created a group chat a day before the trip to provide information. The bus was punctual, and we departed around 7 AM. Our first stop was Eobi Valley, where we took some pictures before heading to the ski rental shop to get our ski clothes and goggles. Miss Lily gave us a one-hour basic skiing lesson, which was really helpful since it was our first time skiing. We had so much fun—hahaha! She was very patient, friendly, and spoke English very well. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it!

tour guide David O was very accomodating, excellent tour guide. this is actually my firstime to have a tour guide and we had a wonderful time. they took pictures of everyone and had some games with prizes. we will book again. In vivaldi park there's so many things to do in snowyland and very family friendly. you can slide unlimited using sled or their tornado as a family just like in the picture for free as long as you are in snowyland. toddlers were very happy.

We love this tour! Great way to experience snow, ski and sledding. Photos look awesome in Eobi ice valley and our family had super fun! We tried snow sledding for the first time and it was amazing and fun! good for kids and adults too! Cable car and snowyland is a must! Our tour guide is good and fun as well.
