Smooth, hassle-free ride. Picked up at the hotel on time. Arrived in Hanoi on time, dropped off at the hotel.

4 stars only since we weren't able to ride this limo due to lack of passengers (shared limo) but they were able to approach us in advance through WhatsApp and arranged everything and refered us to HK busline instead.

Honestly, this was one of the best decisions we made! The ride was super comfortable, and the drivers were really nice, polite, and accommodating. We were so comfortable that we literally slept almost the entire ride. 😂 The car even has a personal massage chair, which was such a nice bonus! Definitely 100% recommended, especially if you’re traveling to Sapa. Would book this again for sure! ⭐️

Good service. We were picked up at the airport just right on time. There were a total of two stops enroute, just enough time for bathroom breaks and fast snacks. Mr. Thong, our driver, is very friendly, also his driving is smooth.

My last minute booking for this service. I contacted Klook agent to reach out to them since I didn't receive any confirmation. Luckily they contacted me before departure time. Good service, the limousine stop twice along the journey. The driver is skillful, I didn't feel dizzy along the route. They sent us to our airport hotel and make sure we reach the destination.

The staff is supportive and everything is well organized. On short notice we asked for picking us up from the hotel in Hanoi and bringing us to the hotel in Sapa. The bus driver did his job very well and we had 2 stops in total. I would book here again.

Mr Nam is our driver .. I noticed that he has gone beyond his duty to help passengers .. Downside the company took quite a while to confirm my pickup .. I have to enlist Klook customer service to contact them .. Thanks Mr Nam for ferrying me safely back to Hanoi ..

Special thanks to Ms. Thảo for being so responsive, patient, and helpful throughout our journey! She guided us every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. We had an okay experience with the vehicle just a bit crowded for our luggages but we were able to be back to hanoi safely.
