ডেইলি লিমুজিন দ্বারা হা নুই থেকে/হা লং পর্যন্ত

Great experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the vehicle was high quality and very comfortable. They even provided free water, which was a nice touch. The driver was fantastic and really took good care of us. Highly recommend!

這次選擇包車出遊真的非常方便。不用人擠人轉車，上車就能好好休息，司機大哥親切又熟悉路況，讓整趟旅程輕鬆又愉快，下次還想再預約！

I remember this very review about foreigners being sent to the rear seat. This was my very experience, I found only lady seated just behind the driver. When I wanted to take a seat behind her, I was told NO back by the driver and he said somethingto the lady. I asked why can't I choose my preferred seat ,without consulting with driver, she said to me because we had book prior. I took the rear seat. One by one people were picked up and no one was ever told which seat to take.🤧

beautiful limoamd comfortable. drivers was great 👍 👌 and on time. Great trip from halong to hanoi

The ride was OK. Just I made a mistake of drop off place. I should be in Ha Long International Cruise Port to buy ticket but I drop off inTuan Chau. It is not obligation but would be nice if there will some local warm remind.

tutto ok.pickup preciso, viaggio confortevole e ben organizzato.

seat is very comfortable and clean. the driver is nice and drives responsibly

Punctual and Good service. well communicated and organised

It's scheduled 11:30am, when i called at 11am,the person who answered sounded like he just woke up. He doesn't even know my booking existed. I know for a fact that I booked last minute the night before, but they confirmed it so I'm expecting to be picked up at 11:30. When 11:30am came, they told us we will be fetched 12noon. They arrived 12:15pm with a bus fullnof passengers and barely no space for us 2. The seat I got was so dirty and full of trash. Very disappointing. I'm thankful that they still accommodate our booking but I was expecting better communication and on time schedule. We arrived 3hrs later in Hanoi.
