This was exactly what I wanted! The staff were so friendly and helpful that I never felt like I could do it wrong. They explained everything so clearly and in English for us tourists. And the engraving is amazing, I would absolutely do this again!!

This is an amazing experience for anyone who wants a great souvenir to take home. All the staff are so helpful, Elena was very attentive to making sure the chopsticks you make are the ones you’re happy with.

easy to find and easy to get to from the station. amazing experience and fun. it was hard working but so worth it. kaho was our sensei and she was fun much fun. super informative and easy to talk to. I want to come back and make more! highly recommend!!!

great time with great staff. fun for the whole family- youngest was 10. Able to make a beautiful and unique souvenir. the woods were beautiful to choose from with information about location and type of tree. only suggestion is to NOT try and advertise this as a $3-$4 experience. Buy the time you choose your wood and personal engraving, it averaged around $25 USD per person, which is totally fine! Was just misleading and doesn’t need to be. location: Shibuya

every staff member was excellent and very kind and helpful, and I had a blast and got a great souvenir to take home! This was my favorite Japan activity.
