Boat was departed and arrived as per schedule. Ride was safe and reasonable. It was worth the cost we paid for this ride. Thank you.

Its cheaper to buy ticket via Klook RM52 for adult while counrt RM55 for adult. It is advise that to go early at least 0.5 hr before as there are many departure points at Merang jetty area. We follow the wave and lead us went to another point, after checked with local ppl just we turned to Vigourmarine point at Merang jetty which around 5 mins drive. We bought 9am ticket but the boat arrived around 10am,it was late. Overall the boat is clean and look slightly bigger than other company's boat,feel safer. The boat helper also quite nice helped us carried luggages inside boat.

Been using this service to go redang every time I visit. People are nice and you can park your car at the port pretty safely. I think you can get slightly cheaper transport from other providers there but there’s no certainty and not sure how parking is.

Nice , and already use by this application it’s real and very hopeful for my vacation and I will use it for my next travel to redang , cheapest than you buy at counter , thank you klook really helps me for all my trip holiday before

Friendly service by boat operator. Departed 15mins early upon calling us to confirm that we have arrived at the jetty. Spacious, fast triple-engined boat. Only complaint was that the boat had to wait about 30mins at Redang Village jetty because it had to wait for late arrival of day-trip snorkelers that were in the same boat as ours. In the end, we still arrived at our resort near Long Beach at reasonable time although it could have been much faster without the unscheduled wait.

The staffs were friendly and well communicated. The ride was well planned and safely sending us to island and picking us back to mainland. Highly recommended

smooth sailing but waited about 25 mins for the boat to start moving...scheduled at 10.30am but depart around 10.55am.

The boat operator staff called first on the arrangement to inform the boat might leave early 1-hour than original schedule time. The journey is quick and staff on the boat helps to pick up the luggage during onload/offload.
