Our Hue train tour was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the journey. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great tour and an excellent guide. I really enjoyed this tour to Hue. Everything was very well organized, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. What I especially appreciated was our guide, Sam. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to listen to. His stories about the Vietnamese royal family, the emperors, and life in the Nguyen Dynasty were the highlight of the tour for me. He didn’t simply give us historical facts — he told the stories in such an engaging way that it was much easier to imagine what life in the Imperial City was like. I also really enjoyed the train journey and the opportunity to see the beautiful scenery along the way. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you are lucky enough to have Sam as your guide. Thank you for such a memorable day in Hue! 💛

We really learned a lot from Huda, our tour guide, on about the history of Hue City which is quite interesting. His explanation has been understandable all throughout the tour! We have been accomondated properly from start to finish and also takes great photos of us and for the rest of the participants of the tour. He also made sure we had seats in the right side of the train for the scenic view. Just a tip when inside the heritage train: if you havent get breakfast yet, try to queue earlier (around 7am) when you need to buy food and drinks as it takes a while to queue for food. I almost missed seeing the view of the Lang Co Bay!

This was an absolutely fantastic tour, conducted by Huda, our tour guide. Also, a shout-out to the driver whose name I did not catch. The tour today to Hue was one of the best I have experienced in Da Nang. The entire tour was planned seamlessly, and Huda kept it very convenient by allowing us to wait in the shade and enabling us to get the best views. Definitely recommend!

The tour was awesome. It was fun and very educational. Our tour guide was great, he discussed the history and importance of sites we visited. The heritage train is also a great experience. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

This was an amazing heritage tour that covered beautiful scenes - Danang Bay, coastline, lagoons, tunnels/hills and history of Vietnam royalty. Sam, our tour guide made our heritage journey all the more enjoyable with his jovial style and excellent knowledge of Vietnam royal lineage, historical dates, palaces, pagodas and tombs. Sam is from the historic city of Hue and proudly shared with us interesting facts. He easily connected with our tour group and proactively gave us tips for safety and cultural etiquette. He made us feel comfortable despite the hot humid weather. I had booked the tour only a day before and was impressed how smoothly VM Tourism made arrangements for me including 2 way transfer from my hotel in Hoi An to Danang Train Station. Excellent communication for car pickup and a great coach driver. The first leg of the tour was in a heritage train which itself was a memorable experience. I recommend visitors to Danang/ Hoi An not to miss this tour with VM. Thank you Sam!

基本、旅行に関しては何でも自分で手配しがちなんだけど「フエ王宮とヘリテージトレインを巡る終日ツアー」についてはツアーに申し込んで正解。 ヘリテージトレインの座席はお約束の右側を確保。 車窓からの絶景を眺めを楽しみつつランコー湾に到着。 その後は、 フエ王宮 ティエンムー寺 カイディン帝廟 とガイドのSamさんのフエ愛を感じる詳細な説明とともに古都フエを味わい尽くしました。 ホテルまでの送り迎えと現地での移動は写真のトランスポーターで快適。 食事もツアーのランチとは思えない充実度。 豪州、ドイツ、日本から参加したメンバー全員が満足してました！

The trip to Hue was very enjoyable and worthwhile overall. The city is beautiful and historical sites we very interesting to see and learn about. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgable about the locations and history. The train ride itself was very scenic and comfortable. Although the day was very hot and the distance is quite far to travel from Da Nang, it was a great day and I would recommend this tour.

On the day of the tour, he was extremely punctual and sent me a message before arriving as a helpful reminder. Throughout the trip, Sam was polite, gentle, thoughtful and attentive. He took great care of us, especially when crossing the road, and even prepared chilled water for the journey. He also cooperated very well with the driver, which made the entire trip smooth and well organised. Sam communicates very well in English and has a strong knowledge of history. He explained the attractions clearly and shared interesting information throughout the trip. I especially appreciated his thoughtful arrangement of our train seats so that we could enjoy the best possible views. Thank you, Sam, for making the whole experience comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Definitely a well-deserved five-star guide!
