The tour was absolutely fantastic! Both the tour guide and the hot air balloon operator were amazing. He was so friendly and polite, and even while carefully operating the balloon, he constantly made sure we felt safe and comfortable. That really gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. We also loved that they offered drone shots — such a great touch! It was perfect for those who didn’t get to take many photos themselves, and the footage made the experience even more memorable. Breakfast was good, though we hope they can add a few more food options in the future. But overall, we truly enjoyed everything and had such a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend this tour to others!

Everything was managed very professionally, from hotel pickup to transfers, the flight itself, food, and drop-off. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and completely stress-free. The balloon was extremely well managed and felt very safe throughout. views were spectacular and honestly unforgettable, especially seeing the landscape from above at sunrise. Excellent! very good from pick up to the drop off. the views were amazing and the food plus location or the ambiance was quite posh. so i really love it! nothing else to say but super great experience!
