superb!!! worth of value. no need to pay more.nice view and awesome location!! there are 4-5menu that you can choose . the staff will make an appointment and contact you before one or two days in advance through WhatsApp what you must to do is should be on time so you can see the sunset on Giza Pyramid

We were picked up at GEM at 5pm. Our driver was awsome and the place couldn't be more beautiful. The light show is nothing special, but just for the views and the great dinner is 100% worth it. There was not a lot of people so we could enjoy the restaurant almost for ourselves.

Food is below average. View is good. Night show is boring.

The food quality was very poor, and we were not allowed to choose our own meals. The service was terrible; we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like cutlery (forks), napkins, and so on. For instance, fruit was served without any plates or forks."
