হা লং বে-তে এটি একটি দুর্দান্ত ভ্রমণ। এটি শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত দারুণভাবে সংগঠিত। আগের দিন সন্ধ্যায় আপনি একটি বার্তা পাবেন (আমাদের ক্ষেত্রে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে) দিনের পরিকল্পনা, কী খাবার থাকবে এবং কখন কোথায় থাকতে হবে সে সম্পর্কে। ভ্রমণটি নিজেই চমৎকার ছিল, প্রথমে একটি গুহা পরিদর্শন করা হয়, তারপর কায়াকিং বা বোটিং করা যায় এবং এরপর সৈকতে সাঁতার কাটা বা একটি পাহাড়ে হেঁটে যাওয়া যায়। আকর্ষণগুলোর আগে একটি বুফে ছিল, যা খুবই সুস্বাদু ছিল। জাহাজটি খুব স্থিতিশীল, আপনি প্রায় বুঝতেই পারবেন না যে আপনি সমুদ্রে আছেন। এখানে একটি সুইমিং পুল এবং সবার জন্য পর্যাপ্ত টয়লেট ও শাওয়ার রয়েছে (যা সবসময় খুব পরিষ্কার ছিল)। কর্মীরা সবাই চমৎকার, বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ এবং খুব সহায়ক। শুরু থেকেই আপনাকে একজন ট্যুর গাইড দেওয়া হবে যিনি একটি ছোট দলের সাথে সমস্ত আকর্ষণ দেখাবেন, আমাদের জ্যাক ছিলেন এবং তিনি সত্যিই অসাধারণ ছিলেন। এছাড়াও, ক্রিস (জাহাজে) আমাদের দেখাশোনা করেছেন। আমি আরও গোপনীয়তার জন্য বাংলো বুক করারও খুব সুপারিশ করি।

Our experience in the Dolphin Halong Cruise in Vietnam was nothing short of exceptional. We were looked after by the manager, Chris, who is outstanding in his job. He ensured every part of our journey ran seamlessly, from boarding to dining to our stay in the private bungalow. What impressed us most was his ability to anticipate needs before we even asked, creating a truly effortless and VIP experience. From pick up from hotel to the docking area to entrance in the cruise ship to our VIP buffet table and to our private bungalow with the most breathtaking view you could imagine. They saw at the registration that it was my mom's birthday and they surprised her with a cake accompanied by a birthday song from the performer. The food could feed a country by how many there is to choose from and it is just to die for! The amenities were top notch with a jacuzzi at the top deck, too. I cannot recommend this very new cruise ship enough. What an amazing experience!

Initially, we were a bit hesitant about doing just a day trip to Ha Long Bay, but the Dolphin Cruise completely changed our minds. This was the elevated, 6-star experience we were looking for during our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, it felt incredibly luxurious. ​The ship itself is stunning - especially the 360° panoramic lounge and the massive saltwater pool. We loved the buffet lunch (so many fresh seafood options!), and the sunset party with live music on the sundeck was the perfect romantic finale. If you’re on the fence about a day trip, book this one. It felt seamless, high-end, and absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to the crew for making our trip so special!

আমরা ডলফিন হা লং ক্রুজকে অত্যন্ত সুপারিশ করি। এটি সম্পূর্ণ ৫-তারা পরিষেবা – সমস্ত কর্মী, বিশেষ করে ক্রিস, আন্দ্রে এবং আমাদের জ্যাক (কখনো যেতে দেবেন না) – অসাধারণ জ্যাক ফ্যামিলি ট্যুর গাইড, সবার কাছ থেকে রাজকীয় আতিথেয়তা পেয়েছি। বুফেটি ছিল বিশাল – সবার জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবার ছিল। খাবারগুলো ছিল টাটকা, সুন্দরভাবে সাজানো এবং সুস্বাদু। ভ্রমণগুলি সুসংগঠিত ছিল এবং দৃশ্য ছিল অসাধারণ। সবশেষে, এই ক্রুজ জাহাজটি ছিল বিশুদ্ধ বিলাসিতা। আমাদের দিনটি ছিল সেরা – সমস্ত কর্মীদের ধন্যবাদ।

From start to finish, the entire cruise experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile especially Cris. Every detail was well-organized, and they made sure all guests felt comfortable and informed about the daily activities. The cruise itself was absolutely stunning—clean, elegant, and very luxurious. The amenities, including the pool, cabana areas, and entertainment stage, were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere was both peaceful during the day and lively at night with great music and performances. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. Overall, it was an unforgettable trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. Definitely worth every penny! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

আমার বন্ধু এবং আমি ডলফিনকে বেছে নিয়েছিলাম কারণ তাদের দিনের ট্রিপে আমরা যে তিনটি দ্বীপে যেতে চেয়েছিলাম, ঠিক সেইগুলিই অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিল, যা ভ্রমণসূচীকে সম্পূর্ণ সার্থক করে তুলেছিল। পিয়ারে পৌঁছানোর পর, আমরা নৌকাটি দেখে মুগ্ধ হয়েছিলাম। এটি ছিল ঝকঝকে পরিষ্কার, এবং ম্যানেজার ক্রিস উল্লেখ করেছেন যে এটি মাত্র ৭ মাস পুরনো! ক্রিস এবং আমাদের গাইড জেমস ও দলের সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ, তারা খুব স্বাগত জানিয়েছিলেন এবং প্রতিটি স্থান সম্পর্কে আমাদের চমৎকারভাবে শিখিয়েছিলেন। এছাড়াও বুফে লাঞ্চ ভালো ছিল। সবার জন্য ১০/১০ সুপারিশ করছি!

Our tour guide Jack was fantastic! He really took care of us from start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. He brought us to wonderful places — some well-known highlights and a few hidden gems we would have never found on our own. The schedule was clearly explained, so we always knew what to expect and never felt rushed. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made the whole trip stress-free and memorable. Highly recommended!

A Beautiful curated experience! We booked one day prior and faced no hassle! There was on time pickup from our doorstep , transport was top notch, lunch was delicious and much more! Fathima helped us get our bearings on the cruise and helped us with our itinerary! We chose to visit the cave and do kayaking and skipped Titop island to relax on the beautiful cruise pool....It was lovely experience altogether and the great weather helped too! Will definitely recommend to others to experience this cruise!
