Highly recommend! We got to see all the ingredients up close and try them individually, before combining them to see what all goes into these incredible bowls of ramen. Mitsuyo was wonderful, so knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions!

A great experience. informative and tasty as you explore what it takes to make a Michelin star ramen. Our host was amazing and would recommend this for anyone who loves Ramen or even those not quite sure 😁

Amazing Experience! I am a huge ramen lover. It was the highlight of my trip.

can't recommend this enough. This was the beginning of our trip and a great way to start. Attention to detail and learning the lengths that have been gone to to ensure the provenance of the ingredients. A great learning and interactive experience

Great experience, highly recommend
