Sherry was very accommodating with our needs and requests. We even got to see the Chureito Pagoda which was extra. Even though we didn't see the fuji sign it was still a meaningful experience with all the places we went to. He knew where to take us to eat and got us to the matcha making class experience at Shikido. It felt like a first class experience with a private car. We will definitely book with Sherry again! We had àn enjoyable day trip to Mount Fuji. Even though, the day was slighy raining, we managed ro cover most of the places. Our driver, Jani was very pleasant and he bought us around to the attractions and help to take our family pictures. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Rana, our guide was great! I got the time mixed up & he had to wait, but no grumbles. Very safe driver, each attraction stop, he'd explain the history & patiently answered our "touristy" questions! Such a great help too, seeing our family of 5 struggling to get help taking pictures, stepped in and even shot a few videos for us. Each time slot for every attraction was followed to a tee, and Rana would always be ready to drive off, right on queue. Knowing our dietary requests, he brought us to a fantastic Indian outlet - what a way to cap the fantastic day. Thank you again Rana for the amazing customer service, hospitality and friendship.

Me and my family had a great time! We visited a lot of places around Mt. Fuji and our tour guide Farrukh is very kind, helpful and knowleadgeable of the tourist spots. Pick up and drop off at hotel was a breeze and on-time. I would highly recommend booking a private tour like we did, no commutes/transfers! It was worth it! I am glad we booked this tour :)

Had a pleasant time with my family on this 1-day trip to Mt. Fuji. Our guide, Farrukh was very friendly and patient. He’s also very understanding, knowing that we would need extra time for my elderly parents to walk. Highly recommended to take on this package if you’re planning your visit to Mt. Fuji.

Had great time with our guide, Sherry. He’s professional and suggested to leave at 6am to avoid the traffic and crowds. I’m glad we listened. He’s also so good with kid too. We felt a little rush (He never rush us) but we were able to visit all the places (It was about 5-6 spots) we want. Lunch place was awesome, my kid loved the food there. Highly recommended to everyone who’s planning a day trip from Tokyo to Mount Fuji

I had an amazing trip today with Rana Hamza! The driver who took us around was super friendly, easy to deal with, and very helpful the entire time. He even took photos for us everywhere we went — without us asking — and made sure we captured the best memories. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful! Each stop had stunning views and fun experiences, and the whole schedule was smooth and well-organized. We truly felt like we saw the best spots without any stress or rush. Our tour guide Ali is fantastic. We started early which gave us advantage from other tourists with exceptional view of the Mt. Fuji and avoided the crowd and traffic. We also went to scenic spots of Mt. Fuji and tried local Japanese snacks. Our family is really happy and amazed with this experience.

Me and my kids had Fantastic experience with our Private tour guide Shaz on 11/28/25, He was very efficient and coordinated our tour the day prior our trip, he was very punctual and showed up on time to our pick up location. He was friendly and easy to get along with giving us tips and ways on how we can spend our day productively. He walked us to our every destination and personally took our photos using his electronic to make sure we captured every memories. We had fun seeing the Mt.Fuji, And eating ice cream from lake kawaguchiko. He shared cultural history and religious traditions in temples and shrines. We appreciate Shaz for extending his effort and went out and beyond of what is of expected from him. We will surely use this service again on our next trip to Tokyo! we got hundreds of pictures taken by him and will surely keep those memorabilia. We had a wonderful day trip to Mt Fuji with Malik! He was very thoughtful, making sure the destinations would suit our family needs and wants. Our two boys can be a lot to handle, but they loved Malik and his fun personality. The private vehicle was so comfortable, and even with the traffic, we were able to stop when needed.
