This was our first time in Malaysia and we just had the day. Vegan was a great tour guide and provided plenty of information regarding all the stops. We really enjoyed checking out the Batu Caves and the surrounding temples. Watch our for the monkeys🤣. All in all is was a great experience.

The overall experience was disappointing mainly because of the driver’s behavior. She was not cooperative and often came across as rude while explaining things or guiding us during the trip. Instead of making the journey comfortable and enjoyable, her attitude made the experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, the schedule was handled with extreme strictness. While punctuality is important, the constant pressure to follow exact timings made the trip feel more like a primary school trip rather than a relaxing and enjoyable outing. A little flexibility and better communication would have made the experience much more comfortable for everyone.
