The driver was extremely professional, punctual, and responsive. The car was extremely clean and well equipped. Excellent service. The only difficulty in an otherwise great experience was the very strong and abrupt instant torque and regenerative braking in this car. The result is a lot of "lurching" during frequent acceleration and deceleration. It's tolerable on a short ride, but on a long ride like this (2-hrs each way), it made me very car sick. We only learned about this after the fact. If you're prone to motion sickness, you may want to ask for a car with manually adjustable Regen Braking that can be turned down to very low or completely off.
