আমরা তাকসিমের কাছাকাছি একটি হোটেলে ছিলাম। একজন গাইড পিকআপ পয়েন্টে এসে আমাদের গাড়িতে করে পুরনো শহরে নিয়ে যান, যেখানে আমরা গাইড এবং দলের সাথে দেখা করি এবং হেঁটে ট্যুর শুরু করি। গাইড খুব ভালো ইংরেজি বলছিলেন এবং তার কথা বোঝা সহজ ছিল। তিনি তুরস্কের ইতিহাসকে সময়কাল অনুসারে খুব ভালোভাবে গুছিয়ে চমৎকারভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করেছেন। আমি আগে থেকেই তুরস্কের ইতিহাসের কিছু ভিডিও দেখেছিলাম, তাই আমার বুঝতে আরও সুবিধা হয়েছিল। গাইড বলেছিলেন যে তিনি ইতিহাস নিয়ে পড়াশোনা করেছেন এবং তিনি আমাদের প্রশ্নের উত্তরও খুব ভালোভাবে দিয়েছেন। প্রবেশ মূল্য ইউরো, ডলার বা লিরা দিয়ে পরিশোধ করা যেত, যা সুবিধাজনক ছিল। দুপুরের খাবার স্থানীয় খাবার ছিল এবং এটি খুব সুস্বাদু ছিল। কেনাকাটার সুযোগ ছিল, তবে তা অস্বস্তিকর ছিল না। মাঝখানে চা পানের জন্য সময় ছিল এবং ব্লু মস্ক, হাজিয়া সোফিয়া এবং তোপকাপি প্রাসাদে কিছু ফ্রি সময়ও ছিল, যা ভালো লেগেছে।

Baris was the best! Super informative, patient, and full of great energy — we managed to see so many beautiful spots in just a few hours. It felt like exploring the city with a friend who knows all its secrets!

the guide was very well versed in the history of the attraction. He gave us us great insight. the tour was well paced. wear comfortable shoes as lots of walking is required for the tour

日本語ガイド付き観光ツアーに参加しました。ガイドさんは日本語がとても上手で、説明も丁寧かつわかりやすく、安心して楽しめました。平日だったせいか、参加者は私ともう1人だけで、少人数ならではのゆったりした雰囲気がよかったです。特に地下宮殿は幻想的で印象に残りました。初めてのイスタンブール観光におすすめできるツアーだと思います。

Great walking tour - Baris has been great with lots of sharing and story telling about the history and landmarks! Meet up point was easy to locate. Lunch was also delicious. It would be better if we could pay the optional admission tickets via cards instead of cash.

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Turkish history and culture, which made every stop on the tour so interesting. We got to see breathtaking sights, including Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, and the scenery was out of this world.

Finally managed to tick off Hagia Sophia off my bucket list. Had always wanted to visit this world wonder & it certainly didn't disappoint. Equally impressive is the Blue Mosque which is exquisite & beautiful on the inside. Topkai Palace was nice too, but the crowd was just too overwhelming & I juz finish touring the place as time is limited cos there's a programme to run for this day tour. Special shout out to my friendly & debonair tour guide Fatih. He shared alotta information & historical facts with us, & we had a gd chat abt the history of Sopha Hagia.

The tour guide was very friendly and kind, however, he was very impatient. He arrived 10 minutes late and told us that we need to pay for the Hagia Sophia in cash. When we were struggling to withdraw cash at the ATM’s, he walked with the rest of the group and left us alone at the ATMs. He didn’t say anything or tell us where to go. We had to go and find him again. He was very informative and gave us great “history lessons”, but we sometimes felt rushed to take pictures or go to the next part of the tour. We enjoyed the tour, but we feel like we paid too much for what we got. Felt a bit unhappy at the end of the day.

We recently went on a city tour in Istanbul, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience, thanks to our amazing guide, Aisha. Despite some challenges—half of our group arrived late and moved at a very slow pace—she managed everything with grace, patience, and professionalism. She kept the group engaged, never showed any frustration, and adjusted the schedule smoothly without making anyone feel rushed or left behind. The weather didn’t cooperate either—it rained quite a bit—but our guide quickly adapted and took us to a cozy local restaurant that served absolutely delicious Turkish food. It was the perfect warm escape from the rain and a great way to experience the culture. Overall, her calm leadership, flexibility, and knowledge really made this tour stand out. Rain or shine, it was a memorable day exploring Istanbul.

Overall it's good but didn't find it true value of money for below reasons 1. Itinerary mentioned around 3pm end which wasn't the case as tour would have ended around 5-6pm. 2. Guide as well as transfer vehicle was great so no complaints there at all. 3. Didn't find it real value for money since most of these places are quite close to eachother and at walking distance and tickets to get inside these places was not included anyways so I didn't find it overall great value, and yes during the weekend the queue for these places was enormous so it's better to plan it during weekdays.
