We completed our tour with Kay today and she is very caring and attentive to our family during the entire trip. She was on time, communicative, friendly and warm, and informative. Even after she dropped us off for dinner, she ensure that we are in good hands and remain satisfied. She took care of us and our baby like her own family. We will always remember our trip with her. Irene is also very communicative since I booked the trip. She always keep me updated of anything that needs attention or confirmation of the plan. Honestly all and all this tour is well organized and highly recommend this for your next busan trip!

The tour was a great way to see Busan! It covered a lot in one day, and every location was a must-see. Irene was a considerate guide who started coordinating an itinerary with us as soon as we made the booking. Mr. Lee's van was comfortable and very clean, and he thoughtfully put bottled water for each of us. We learned that Busan has many attractions that are spread out. We only had one full day to see Busan and this tour allowed us to make the most of our time there with easy transfers between locations. We did the Sky Capsule and Air Cruise, got a nice reco for a restaurant that serves traditional set meals, and had enough time to explore Gamcheon Village, Gukje and Jagalchi Markets, BIFF Square, Haedong Yonggugsa Temple and the Songdo Skywalk. Overall, this tour was a pleasant day spent with Irene and Mr. Lee, where we could focus on just enjoying our time in Busan.

We had a wonderful day in Busan with our tour guide, Irene, and our driver, Mr. Ma. We saw the city’s main attractions, and thanks to the driver, the whole experience was stress-free.

The spacious van was also very confortable and the sunroof was the best! We are so delighted with the surprise gift from Irene! our tour guide Irene and driver mr Jang was very accomodating, especially with the itinerary. Toward the end of the trip, she gave us a small photo album with our photos as a keepsake.
