It was a wonderful experience..we booked online had a good pickup and drop service, amazing spa experience polite staff and I highly recommend this experience when in Istanbul! :)

The attendant was great. The only authentic part of the experience was the rubbing and bath; which was fabulous. The steam room and sauna experience was similar to the USA spas. Transportation was on time but only offered one way. In all fairness, I didn’t inquire about return.

初體驗土耳其浴，飯店接車很方便個人是先用what’s up聯絡，但司機提早了15分鐘來接車所以我們出門有點趕。進去後沒有解釋大概的流程可能是因為土耳其普遍不太會說英文。換衣服後烤箱、蒸汽浴、洗澡的泡泡浴真的很有趣！還有去角質很認真但後續換房間到按摩的地方，按的很普通。結束還有茶點跟小禮物享用。會想再來體驗！

카파도키아에서 12시간 야간버스를 타고와서 피곤한 몸상태에서 이용했습니다. 결과적으로 너무나 만족스러운 일정이었습니다. 몸에 쌓인 피로를 완벽하게 해소해줍니다. 다만 픽업 서비스는 드라이버가 도심을 너무 빠르게 운전해서 편하지 않았습니다. 하맘은 정말 만족스러우니 고민말고 이용해보세요!!

turns out it's just 6 minutes walk from my hotel, so they send someone to walk me there. It is like a spa. The service is nice, basically they provide everything you need, just come empty handed. The bath contains 3 parts. definitely something to try in Istanbul

men in suits came to pick us up. please remove any makeup as they would scrub your face too. water temp was perfect and I wouldn’t mind taking another half hour bath and scrub. this is located within a hotel. lockers available to facilitate change of clothes. slippers provided too

Amazing experience, nice clean premises. Only thing, the place is small so it would be ideal if you would have informed not being able to accommodate the whole group of 6 at the same time. Other than that highly recommended. All the staff were amazing.

This is a must do experience in Turkey. Pick up and drop off was smooth and the masseuses were extremely good and Justin( Sorry if I mistyped the name)was very jovial. She made this experience memorable for my friends and I. The place was beautiful. It was our first time to experience foam/turkish bath and we loved it. Thank you again for the hibiscus tea, juice and the small gift. The pictures are not relevant but uploaded same for points.

有在土耳其其他城市體驗土耳其浴，這一家的感覺比較小偷懶。然後接送的部分很令人傻眼。前面一直跟店家溝通接送的地點，結果洗好後說，因為我們飯店那條路現在不能進去，所以不能送我們，沒有接送了...這真的傻眼🙄

One of the highlights in Istanbul. My friends and I absolutely loved the turkish bath. Very smooth roundtrip transfers. We were a group of friends and went with no expectations. We left the place feeling pampered. The pictures are not relevant. The place is cozy and clean.
