Highly recommended tour! Majestic waterfall, impressive hot spots and mysterious lava tunnels. A bit expensive.

Ivy was an excellent guide: super knowledgeable and funny

overall trip itenary, guide and service are good, but the most disappointing part is to find the correct meeting point. our trip start at 10.30am and we wait at cruise terminal at 9.50am. we spent 40 minutes to find the bus parking place. why? cos their bus is not allowed to park direct in front of cruise terminal, no signage or staff there to guide you to correct meeting point. the meeting point shown in map also lead to wrong place, contact number is not active. in the end we have to ask other company bus driver to find the meeting point. 😤

不推荐这个团，这是个走马观花团，大部分时间在车上，每个景点停留时间极短，基本都是20分钟，从停车场出发走十分钟就要回头了，海鹦都没机会看。冰岛是不收小费的国家，但导游会要小费，话术是“我们欢迎小费，但你可以不给”。这个团比起黄金圈那个团差了不是一点半点，性价比极低。

我們參加6/7 上午10時集合出发lake Myvatn tour ,但於5/7 下午17:19 才通知我們行程取消，令人太失望，打電話冇人接聽，揾Klopp 职員又冇反應，實在太失望，之於退款何時可以退回所有已付款項，請盡快回覆及辦妥
