The physical ticket can redeem at the counter,just show your phone.Bus trip is on time at 0830AM,arrives at 1300PM at Terminal Freesia.First toilet break after 2hours trip,and second is somewhere before Tapah.The driver bus is very good on driving skills,he is very careful and drive smoothly until we reach the destination.There will be a transit for local passengers either at Bidor and Tapah.

First check in at Terminal Freesia,the counter is at the corner.There is a male staff will checking your online ticket and then tell us where is the bus.The trip is going on time at 0830AM,with a very careful and nice driver.There is 2 times for toilet break.My stop will be at KL Sentral station.

Bus left KL on time and arrived in Tanah Rata in about 4 hours. very comfortable bus, with nice seats and good air con. Going up the mountain roads was a bit scary— if you get carsick then bring a bag with you and anti-nausea meds just in case.

We recently traveled by bus from Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur and had a very positive experience overall. We initially debated between taking a coach or booking a private sedan. In the end, we chose the Unititi bus due to its comfort and more affordable price point, and it turned out to be a great decision. We booked the 8:30 am departure, which worked perfectly as it allowed us to arrive in Kuala Lumpur early and make the most of the day for sightseeing and exploration. There are several eateries open from around 7:00 am just across the Tanah Rata bus terminal, so it was easy to grab a quick breakfast before the journey. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, taking slightly under four hours with one toilet stop along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant and fuss-free journey. We would highly recommend this option to anyone traveling between Cameron Highlands and Kuala Lumpur.

Voucher was easy to redeem at the TBS terminal 3rd floor ticketing office. Bus was on time and took exactly 4 hours with 10 min toilet break. seat was wide and comfortable also, only 3 (2+1) in a row, I was given single seat as I am solo traveler.

Bob was our guide, and he was very knowledgeable about the whole place. The Mossy Forest Walk was a bit strenuous for people who do not exercise regularly. Nonetheless, it was a good trip.

Highly recommended , it leave on time, driver have good driving skill. 1 stop only. The bus os clean and looks exactly like the picture provided on site.

12noon left on time and reach Tanah Rata around 4pm. In between there will be a rest stop of 10mins. Driver is stable.
