Booked a 10:30am slot on Wednesday so we basically had the whole place to ourselves which was nice. Staff was kind and very helpful, exceptional service. Facilities and space were clean and very high standard. Time flew past at this place. Very relaxing experience :)

চেক-ইন, প্রতিটি কার্যকলাপের মধ্যে বিশ্রাম এবং শেষে স্নান সহ ৩ ঘন্টা সময় রাখার পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি। আমি সকাল ৮:৪৫-এ সেখানে গিয়েছিলাম এবং প্রায় ৮:৫০-এ কর্মীদের সাথে ভেতরে হাঁটতে শুরু করি। শেষে স্নান করে আমি আমার পরবর্তী কর্মসূচির জন্য সকাল ১১:৩০-এ বেরিয়ে আসি। যদি আমি জানতাম যে এর জন্য আরও বেশি সময় রাখা উচিত ছিল, তাহলে আমি তাই করতাম। আমার মতো খুব সকালে সেখানে যান এবং আপনি প্রায় পুরো জায়গাটি নিজের জন্য পেয়ে যাবেন!

Incredible luxury spa with a stunning view. Modern, clean and hospitable. Clearly rivals any spa from Northern California with its amenities, friendly service, gorgeous saunas (with different temps), cold plunge, natural thermals in beautifully tiled pools, and a mud bath with clean, smooth Rotorua mud. Also includes a wonderful gift shop and coffee and snack bar. Could hang out here all day. Just sorry we didn't allot more time for our restorative bath experience.

pricy compares to the other thermal spas around the area but well worth it 👌 very clean environment, great customer service that are accomodading and wonderful views

Relaxing time i had there. from the moment you enter through the doors it was nice and relaxing. For first timers there was a tour at the beginning so you roughly know whats going on and where to go. Nice clean facilities. would go again.

전날 폴리네시안 스파 방문하고 시설이나 사람 북적임에 아쉬움이 있어서 방문하였습니다. 가격은 부담되었지만, 2시간 동안 조용한 곳에서 온전한 휴식을 할 수 있어서 만족했습니다.

Lovely brand new facilities. The "journey" is very pleasant: the showers, saunas, the hot pools and the mud treatment.
