For the uninitiated, Golden Gaytime is the Australian favourite ice cream snack of toffee and vanilla ice-cream dipped in compound chocolate and wrapped in honeycomb biscuits. At Bentwood, their take on the dessert sees a chocolate Panna Cotta served with salted caramel, honeycomb biscuit crumbs, roasted, peanuts, banana and berries – all made complete with a eatable red velvet tulle!
