Excellent hotel BUT if you want to use the airport shuttle you have to book it on the day of check in or you cannot use it at all during your stay. Wish we knew that, that was disappointing. Overall a joy to stay at!

I stayed here for a night because I had an early flight the next day. There are plenty of food options near the hotel, including a Japanese restaurant on site. Facilities are great, room was massive, clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice but give yourself some time to check in and out because they give you a buzzer if there's a bit of line. Very happy and will stay again next time 🙂

Very clean room. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, mostly Asian breakfast which is as it should be. Shower was tepid which may have been my fault, and bed was very hard, not unusual in Asia. Air con was great and very easy access to DMK airport.

Good and helpful staff helped me check in early but the floor was a bit sticky and dirty but asked the janitor to clean again and was mostly okay after.

The room was large and clean with a small bathroom. But as long as clean I’m happy, which it was. Great location near the airport and safe area with nearby 7/11, Durian sales and pharmacy. The Japanese restaurant was really extraordinary. Everything we had was tasty and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful, large waiting area in lobby with comfy chairs and a complimentary shuttle to airport. Great laundry on first floor.
