Owners Efi & Yiannis are very warm, knowledgeable & helpful hosts, met all of our needs regarding stay, local amenities & travel logistics. Utopia is near but distinctly away from main tourist (2000ppl/cruise ship) crowds, very quiet, specialty restaurants within steps. Evita prepared amazing brekky, very kind and attentive. Hotel at old town/cobble stone center, good access if travelling w lighter carry on, bit of a haul with large suitcases. The new city commercial centre with boutiques/cafes/harbour is 10min walk away. Highly recommend Utopia.

Perfectly situated in the old town, easy access to all travel services. Hosts were exceptional and breakfast was a delight and a spotless accommodation. Would definitely return.
