Perfect !!!

The room was dirty and they forgot the put bed sheets on the bed. The breakfast wasn't the best. The only nice thing about this place is the location and the pool.

Definitely not a resort.. No elevator for upper floors. Room is not well maintained, shower is leaking, door can not be locked. Staff is friendly, very close to touristic attractions.

I like most of the things except the breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was filled with cookies but nothing substantial.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anya Resort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Every single person we interacted with was helpful, professional, and always smiling. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for both couples and families. The amenities are excellent — the pools and water slides were so much fun and very well maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. The food deserves special recognition. The breakfast was incredible, with a large variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also ate at the restaurant several times, and every meal was outstanding. The servers were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere, service, food, and facilities made our experience unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

I arrived early and the staff was welcoming and friendly and had my room ready. My room had a great view of the Cotton Castle and I saw the balloons launching in the morning hours. Very good location in Pamukkale.

Property was very nice, especially for the price two pools one with a kids area and waterpark leaving the adults to enjoy. Staff was super friendly and easy to work with rooms were clean. The greatest part is no extra fee for bringing a pet would highly recommend.

The Anya is a nice hotel with very easy access to the Travertine Terraces and Hierapolis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water slides and pools looked impressive but the weather was not conducive for our stay. Access from/to Denizli is very easy and affordable by city bus or Dolmus with the stop a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room we were in was a bit "tired". There was daylight around the door frame from the outside. Also, I suggest you request an upper room as we were bombarded by noise from the upstairs room. There a many restaurants and cafes to choose from nearby.

Couldn’t be happier with our choice of accommodations in Pamukkale. Very nice property - 2 pools, restaurant on site, and close to attractions. Staff are AMAZING! Very kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!
