Excellent, friendly staff. I couldn't get over the size of the room - particularly compared to the room I stayed in (briefly) in Salamanca. I should stay that there are building works going on at present designed to enhance the entrance to the hotel. Everything was clearly signposted and did not interrupt my stay. The hotel is already very spacious so I can't imagine what it will be like the works have been completed. The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city, the tapas bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to as the river will be your guide.

Clean room, clean bed, nice staff what more can you ask for. Also a supermarket straight across from where your staying.

Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff extremely friendly & helpful on arrival & departure. Restaurant food & wine was amazing also.

The most important thing to know is that parking a car is extraordinarily difficult at this hotel as it is street level punlic parking. And the hotel charges 70 euros per night for parking in their garage!! Big thumbs down despite the overall decent quality of the hotel.
