Exceptional! Staff are outstandingly warm and friendly. Absolutely nothing was any trouble at all. The room was so clean and super comfortable bed. The restaurant has such a gorgeous decor with lots of indoor plants and beautiful decor. Rooftop pool is lovely, with very comfortable lounges. What a gem!! So lucky we have found our new favourite hotel in Lisbon. Thank you

We stayed at the Browns Avenue this past week and loved our stay… For the most part. The room itself was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect! The only drawback was that our air conditioner did not work. We booked this hotel specifically because it had an AC, and with the heat wave hitting Portugal, it made any time in the room quite uncomfortable (temperature wise). We did try to ask the front desk to come and fix it, but they said everything looked okay on their end. To make matters worse, we walked into our room one afternoon and someone had came in, opened the door to the outdoors, and opened the blinds, which made the room even hotter. Also a wasp flew into the room, and ended up stinging me. Other than the temperature, we really did enjoy our stay, would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, we loved the rooftop pool, it was very relaxing. Lots great restaurants and shopping near the hotel. Room was clean and cool.

Gorgeous hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also had a stellar dinner at the restaurant. It’s in a great area to walk around. Our only regret was that the pool area was packed, so we didn’t get to enjoy it. It was the perfect hotel to end our amazing trip in Portugal!

Great hotel, loved the rooftop pool. Nice, quiet location but still walking distance to great shopping & restaurants. Room was very nice.

Location is great, in a more quiet neighborhood but walkable to all the sites. Hotel and room are beautifully maintained, including the rooftop pool area where we enjoyed sitting out with a cocktail. We rented a car and easily found free street parking right out front.

Excellent location in a very classy and upscale neighbourhood, around 15 minutes walk to the downtown area, hotel is surrounded by many brand name stores, a few elegant cafes and restaurants, excellent friendly staff, rooms are clean, bed is comfy, room decor is elegant and modern, house keeping was excellent too, pricing was very reasonable, was truly a good value Would definitely recommend it
