Location was great and breakfast was delicious! The room was pretty hot even with the air conditioning as cool as it would go and it was fairly noisy.

The breakfast was delicious with house made baked items and a lovely staff and the room was spacious with well organized storage. There is a beautiful lounge living room with an honesty bar. It’s a great place to have a drink before going out to dinner. The hotel has few amenities but just enough in a city like Florence where there is so much to do. The front desk is staffed from 8-8 and are helpful.

I fell in LOVE with this hotel. It was such a surprising find, and felt like a new style of hospitality. Beautiful decor, thoughtful details in the room that make it so comfortable for you as a traveller, and one of the most beautiful, laid-back hotel lobby bars. I was a big fan of the "honesty bar," and the great in-room amenities and brand of shampoo and body wash. The location is perfect - I'll go back again and always pick this place.

Отлично We were in room1: 1st floor duplex suite. The room was breathtaking. Huge ceiling height and gorgeous ceiling decoration. Front door has a very small sign, so make sure you know what to look for. Entry via keypad (1 code) for 4 doors to our room. Beautifully decorated hotel.
Bathroom had double sink & bathtub/shower. The set up had 2 steps to double shower doors then you step down to bath.

Customer service was tough, and there wasn’t anyone at the desk consistently. Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed, unbelievably hard to sleep, even with earplugs. Other than that, nice clean property & convenient location.
