We stay here for one night. The check in process was fast, the lady polite and friendly. The room was clean and big. Everything very clean, bed comfortable.

The automated coffee maker in the lobby was a good addition that my husband enjoyed. 2 members of the cleaning staff were arguing and dropping f bombs while working. The air conditioner was loud. Our room key stopped working at 8am on check out day. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was friendly.

The room was totally renovated, very nice and clean. They had nice hand soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Tons of towels. Staff was friendly. Beds were super comfortable. They had fresh coffee and water available also.

Newly refurbished ! Walk in shower - wonderful! Very comfortable bed Room was great ! ( trash day Monday - just fyi ) Will stay here next time in Williams! Just fyi Small establishment - so no common area to gather as a group- excellent value for the price
