Honestly Expedia doesn’t give the right picture. The staff on the property was the only reason I enjoyed staying there. They were very helpful. However the ac did not cool, the mattresses were extremely hard, the pool is not swimmable and there is no breakfast available even though online it says there is.

This hotel was perfect for our time in Chiang Mai. It’s right on Rachadamnoem Road in the old city, excellent access to shopping, restaurants and massages. The room was big enough for 3 people and had a nice balcony.

Very cozy hotel, great location and super helpful staff. It’s smaller so it feels more warm and local. They just replaced the old hard mattresses too.

Rooms were lovely and in a good area of the old city. Staff were polite and housekeepers were really lovely! Having said the positive, the beds are super hard ( have lived in Thailand for 5 years previously and these were the hardest I’d come across) Then the pool was awful. Clearly not maintained or cleaned, with the surrounding grass having turned to mush. Only two pool chairs for a 45 plus room hotel. Checked out a few days early as temperatures were in the high 30,s but couldn’t swim! Found a hotel that had a decent pool.

The pictures didnt match the property. The room was very small and not mich room to move around. Our main issuse was the power faillure ar night and no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. We left after our first night and the staff wasnt very helpful. No refund was offered despite the power issuse. I wont stay there again.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and clean room every day! They also have bottled water in the lobby ~ great addition on very hot days! We had a great stay!

Our stay here was great! No complaints other than we wish we could have stayed longer. All the staff were kind and it’s in a great location!
