I booked 11 night. Housekeeping did not provide complimentary water for more than 7 days and claimed the hotel ran out water. I wonder whether is this true or Housekeeping staff lazy. There are washing hand soaps and given on the 9th day. Manager in charge gave excuses when I made a complaint.

well I have to say that the Hyatt centric hotel was one of the best i have stayed in melbourne for along a time the staff were very friendly and helpull and went out of their way to make us feel like home and beyond .very close to all transport and easy way to get around melbourne close to coffee shops and places to eat. will definitely stay again hopefully soon there was nothing i can pick on

Very nice hotel, clean and modern with friendly staff. Very good amenities including pool, gym and scenic bar and restaurant. Great location for exploring the city and South Melbourne and convenient to trams and trains.

The early morning staff was rude. I needed to check-out early, at around 4am, I did a valet parking, and I told the day staff that I will be checking out early so I needed my car at around 4am, he told me that there will be no problem only to be told rudely by morning staff that I did not specify the time that I will be checking out.
