綺麗で、部屋も広くて良かったです。

Clean and roomy. Very convenient.

We arrived at 14:00 and we were told there is a strict check-in at 15:00. We really did not understand why as the room was ready. We thought that it did not make sense as all other hotels are not that strict with that and we were told to come back an hour later without explanation. There is also a strict 10:00 check out - we were out at 10:05 - that was fine, but the Chinese guests that were out at 10:15 got scolded really bad by the clerk so careful about that too. The room cleaning did not happen during the 2 nights we were there. I'm fine with making the dishes, but they don't provide any drying rack so I had to put the wet dishes on the counter putting water everywhere. They should learn a thing or 2 about how and what the Mimaru franchise provides: they provide the right amenities for that. And it could change how the guests view their stay at their hotel. Overall size is good for family, it is quiet and we got a good rest.

Great stay

Airconditioning was working well. We were not able to use the kitchen since we did not cook or reheat any food. The staff is friendly. There is a washer provided but we were not able to use it. Toilet is separate from the shower. Shower is big and with a bath tub.

Wished there was early check-in.

Amazing hotel for our family , large room, great bathroom with 2 toilets outside of the bathroom. Easy walk to station and eating places. Would stay here again for sure. Loved it.

Spacious and clean room and great amenities.

Room itself was lovely - very modern, clean and comfortable. However service was somewhat lacking - front desk would not help with luggage forwarding, housekeeping only attended to the room every second day - you need to leave out your towels and trash. Location was just ok - 10 minutes walk to the station, so it was walkable but not very convenient especially with luggage. Overall it was ok but other hotels I've stayed at in Japan delivered more for a lower price.

Room was great, super clean and easy communication with staff prior to and during booking. Easy taxi access into the city center.
