I paid for 4 people to stay but was only offered breakfast free for 2 my friends had to pay for breakfast next time will book separately .

Room was a little older but clean and tidy. Owner had good english but he was not always there and other staff had no english. Good location. Climbing the 2 floors (no lift) to our room helped fitness.

The owners were very pleasant people. I had several conversations and interactions, and I enjoyed them all. They are a credit to the place, in my opinion.
This is a low cost place, so do not expect more than the basics.
I found the walls a bit thin, and this may turn some people off, but it didn't bother me.
It is in the center of the main street, and near everything. If you are a light sleeper, then this may not be the hotel for you, as the night life can go deep into the morning.

Both myself and my partner, has a very good stay at this hotel. It is conveniently situated, very close to all that Koh Samed has to offer, and they also serve up very nice food.
The room was clean, and comfortable, at a budget price, and when we left the manager gave us a lift to the ferry terminal, I thought that was a very nice jesture

Great service and location. We saw two spiders on two different days in the rom and once was on the bed. The door to the room doesn't block noise from outside but we were only bothered by the noisy Chinese from the floor below us on the last day. Restaurant is great and a low price compared to some many others and you get 10% off.
