This was a great choice for a hotel and I loved the neighborhood it was in. The transit is just down the block, and there's plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a laundromat and some small markets. The room itself was large and clean. We did not have a fridge in the room and the beds are small, but anyone who has traveled to Europe knows this is standard. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the fact that breakfast started at 6am and great choice. The windows were fantastic at blocking out sound and blackout curtains really worked. Staaff were friendly and helpful.

Nachdem der erste Eindruck ganz gut war. Check in war unkompliziert. Die Lobby sah sehr nett und gemütlich aus, kamen wir aufs Zimmer. Oberflächlich betrachtet wirkte es ganz angenehm. Allerdings stellte ich fest, dass eine Bettdecke sehr schmutzig war. Es war ein Blutfleck oder Ähnliches drauf. Ich bat um eine neue Decke und Laken. Eine Mitarbeiterin kam mit einer Decke. Ich bat sie nochmals auch um ein sauberes Laken, worauf sie genervt schnaubte und sich die dreckige Decke immer wieder ansah. Leider funktionierte auch die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin versuchte diese zu reparieren. Es funktionierte leider nicht. Sie sagte, dass sie eine Temperatur einstellen kann und die müssten wir dann die ganze Zeit beibehalten. Von dieser Idee war ich nicht sehr begeistert, da ich doch gerne die Temperatur nach Bedarf anpassen, würde. Dies passte der Mitarbeiterin auch nicht, und sie atmete wieder schwer. Zu keiner Zeit hat sie sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Sie gab mir die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, dass ich unmögliches verlange. Genervt sagte sie dann, dass ich eben das Zimmer wechseln müsse. Immerhin bestand diese Option. Auch meinen Sohn hat sie extrem unfreundlich, nach Betreten der Lobby, angehalten und nach seiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Ein auf ganzer Linie unprofessionelles Verhalten.

It is in a very safe neighborhood and right by the underground station. Also, it is within walking distance to Charlottenburg Palace.

Nice experience

We liked it very much. The bathroom was a little stinky, but overall we liked it and would return. Breakfast was ok for the price

This hotel was five stars in its hotel class. The property was clean, the staff welcoming and the air conditioning wonderfully appreciated. The location is neat to a Metro stop and is easily accessible for city touring.
