Cute little B&B with a great location, easily walkable to everything in Ortigia. Staff were excellent, very attentive, and helpful. The morning continental breakfast offering was good. Value for money very good at this property.

Only thing about the property is that it states onsite parking and street parking. Both ore inaccurate. First off Ortegia does not allow car traffickers on its streets unless you are a resident, so street parking is a misconception. Secondly, we were informed that valet parking was available for 25 euros a night. The car will be taken to a video monitored parking location and would brought back to us when need ( 30-60 minute notice). This actually worked out great for us. But was an unexpected expense. This was the only negative about the stay.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location for walking to sites and shops. Highly recommend.

Location was great and soundproofing. Staff was extremely helpful however the room was not the one per the booking but that’s fine still roomy. I had an issue with the water heater having air and making a terrible noise all night and I sent a video via WhatsApp to them and they had it looked at first thing in the morning. If you drive there I highly suggest asking for valet as the streets are tight and I wouldn’t waste time looking for overnight parking

Fantastic location, clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff - this is a great option in Ortigia. The rooms are quiet without street noise and the staff were very helpful in organizing offsite, secure parking for our rental car.The room was missing a few amenities like a safe (there were instructions to use one), a few additional toiletries like body wash and conditioner, and an iron. Definitely add this one to your list of places to stay.

The hotel doesn’t offer free breakfast but it’s very convenient to get food with feel steps away. I love the location and cleanliness of the property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. She contacted me days before my trip to provide help I need it. It worth the money I paid for.

Hotel was so convenient to the center of Ortigia and the most beautiful piazza Archimeade- lots of cafes and restaurants. Emanuela, who ran the hotel was so helpful with valet details and giving us lots of suggestions for breakfast and dinner. They upgraded our room and they had a really comfy bed with the best pillows! Overall an excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and clean. The front staff (Paola and Emanuela) were fantastic. They arranged dinner reservations and transportation for us , plus many recommendations. I will note that the noise from the hallway and other rooms above us were pretty loud (we were on the first floor). Other guests coming in late at night or leaving early were hard to ignore. We had 2 rooms on opposite sides and it was an issue for us both. I would recommend bringing ear plugs because this is the only fault that I can think of. Everything else was fantastic.

Feltétel nélkül ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállást annak, aki Ortigiába érkezik. A város szívében van, minden pár perc gyaloglással elérhető: éttermek, reggelizőhelyek, boltok, látnivalók, óriási a választék. Hangulatos, szépen gondozott a szállás, tiszta minden. Az alkalmazottak kommunikatívak és segítőkészek. Egy dolog hiányzott csak, hogy nincs lift, kézben kellett felcipelni a bőröndöket a második emeletre, de ha ez nehézséget okoz, a recepciós örömmel segít.
