The room was clean and having laundry facilities was great. As for the breakfast it wasn’t great. The hot food.. was cold. The warmers didn’t work well. The scrambled eggs were so runny and wet I ate them once and being vegetarian there wasn’t much to offer for a protein.

Our room was on the upper floor facing the harbor and the tower. It was very nice to wake up to the view. The only downside is the modern style bathroom with only frosted glass as wall. We stayed with our kids and definitely not a nice feature to have. Otherwise, the place is great.

Great stay in the heart of Auckland, within walking distance from everywhere. Parking was a bit of a pain on an hill and three street parks. with the lobby upstairs, but we made it work with a big van at the Elliot street parking area.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn, Auckland City was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Service across the entire hotel was consistently top-notch and professional. Best of all, it features the best location in town, making it exceptionally easy to walk to local attractions, dining, and transit options. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland and will definitely stay here again!

Nice staff, polite and professional. Room was good as expected. Only 2 issues I had was with the TV remote which was filthy and never had been wiped down. TV Chromast feature offered on the TV menu just would not work, it would of been nice to be able to cast Netflix from my phone to the TV in the evenings as the channels provided are lacking. If you offer a service you need to ensure it works otherwise don't offer it.

Great location in the heart of the city. Cosy size rooms with all the basic amenities for a short stay. Large breakfast floor so it doesn't feel overcrowded and noisy.
